  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange for an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

  • Then, contact your credit card company as processing times may vary.
